Tracey joins the Law Office of Craig M. Rothenberg, bringing with her vast experience in civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels while employed by both large law firms and small practices in New Jersey. Her diverse litigation experience servicing plaintiffs includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, sexual abuse, employment and discrimination, insurance, trusts and estates, and family law.

Tracey earned Bachelors of Arts degrees in Economics and Rhetoric/Literature, with Honors, from Binghamton University in 1988, where she was the first student recipient of the State University of New York Council Foundation Award. Tracey received her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1992, where she served as the Symposium Editor of the Women’s Law Journal.

In 1992, Tracey was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Beyond advocating on behalf of firm clients, Tracey advocates for disadvantaged New Jerseyans. She proudly serves as the President of the Teams For Kids Foundation, Inc., a New Jersey 501(c)(3) corporation that seeks to enable children from homeless and working poor families in New Jersey to participate in recreational sports. Additionally, Tracey volunteers for the Meals on Wheels Program in Washington Township, and she has been a longtime volunteer for Homeless Solutions, Inc. Tracey is a Past President and Honorary Member of the Long Valley Junior Women’s Club.
